A subscription computer support contract is concluded for 12 or 24 months. In case of early termination at the client’s request and in compliance with one month’s notice, the same person pays a penalty in the amount of 30% of the value of the missed monthly subscription fees. After the subscription expires, a new contract is re-signed at the client’s request.

When concluding a contract for a subscription plan, it is prepaid for 1 month until the 5th of the respective month. When concluding a contract after the 5th, a fee is calculated corresponding to the number of days remaining until the end of the month. Payment is made by bank transfer, by credit or debit card through the online system of “Serenity Group Bulgaria” ltd.  In case of non-payment for the current month, “Serenity Group Bulgaria” ltd. reserves the right to limit its services to payment due.

New subscribers have the opportunity to sign a one-month contract to test the quality of services after the expiration of which a 6 or 12 month contract is signed or the client refuses to serve – without paying additional fees or penalties.

The client has the right to to skip once a month per year, during which not to pay a monthly fee and not to be serviced – most applicable during the summer season, and what is necessary to do is to send a written notice (by e-mail) at the latest one month before the start of this period. In connection with this notice, one monthly fee will be deducted from the maintenance contract by issuing a credit notice for the total amount under the maintenance contract.
